ποΈ How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected β for the duration of our working relationship, and thereafter for as long as required by South African tax and company law (generally five years). Enquiries that don't become clients are removed once they're no longer relevant.
π How We Protect It
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls, secure hosting and regular updates. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment providers and never stored on our website. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our responsibility here seriously.
